These terms govern your use of nirixan.com and any pilot. Nirixan is operated by PRAJ Eservices Inc., founded by APS. By using the site you agree to these terms.

What Nirixan is

Nirixan provides AI-assisted analysis of how well a question paper or teaching material aligns with CBSE’s published competency-based assessment pattern (CBSE’s implementation of NEP 2020 on the assessment slice). It produces a score and suggestions.

Decision-support, not certification

• Nirixan is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by CBSE or the Government of India.
• Scores and question-level tags are AI-generated and can be imperfect or borderline. Always have a qualified educator review results before acting on them (for example, before finalising or printing a paper). You remain responsible for your assessments.

Scope

Current scope centres on CBSE competency-based subjects across secondary and senior-secondary classes. Classroom lesson-coaching and college CO-PO features are newer and offered in limited or early access, and may be inaccurate or unavailable.

Classroom recordings

If you use the lesson-coaching tool, you confirm that your school is the data fiduciary for any recording you upload, and that you have given the notices and obtained the consents required — including parental consent under the DPDP Act — before uploading. Nirixan processes recordings only to produce the coaching report, as your processor, under a separate data-processing agreement. See our Privacy Policy.

Pilots

Pilots are exploratory and provided free, “as is”. Specific terms — data handling, deliverables, timelines — are agreed separately in writing for each pilot.

No warranty; limitation of liability

• The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nirixan and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for decisions made based on the output. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid us (currently zero for pilots).

Your responsibilities

• Share only materials you have the right to share. Do not send documents containing students’ personal data, or live/unreleased exam papers except under an agreed pilot arrangement.
• Do not misuse, probe, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Intellectual property

The site, brand and the presentation of reports are Nirixan’s. You keep rights to materials you share; you grant us a limited licence to process them to provide the service.
